联二脲绿色合成工艺研究

摘 要:以盐酸氨基脲和氰酸钠为原料,水为溶剂,室温下合成了联二脲(HDCA)。采用红外和核磁表征确认了联二脲结构,考察了反应物配比、加料顺序、pH值、反应时间和温度等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明:原料配比n(盐酸氨基脲)∶n(氰酸钠)=1.0∶1.5,先加氨基脲,后分批加氰酸钠,水30 mL,室温反应30 min的条件下,产品收率为95.6%。

Green Synthetic Process of Biurea

Abstract:Biurea was synthesized from semicarbazide hydrochloride, sodium cyanate and water at room temperature. The structure of biurea was characterized by FT-IR spectrometry and NMR. The reaction conditions were investigated including the ratio of semicarbazide hydrochloride to sodium cyanate, the feeding order of semicarbazide hydrochloride and sodium cyanate, pH value, reaction time, temperature of reaction solution and so on. The results showed that when the mole ratio of semicarbazide hydrochloride and sodium cyanate was 1.0∶1.5; semicarbazide hydrochloride was added first; sodium cyanide in batches was added later; the pH value was 7; and the reaction was carried out under room temperature for 30 min, the yield of biurea reached 95.6%.
