聚苯乙烯系树脂对单叶铁线莲总皂苷的提取工艺研究

摘 要:针对单叶铁线莲总皂苷的结构和性质,利用DM1180和氯甲基聚苯乙烯(下称氯球)对单叶铁线莲总皂苷提取进行了工艺探索研究。实验数据表明:DM1180吸附效果较好。优化工艺路线为:吸附液pH值为5,浓度为0.20 g·mL-1,流速为2 BV·h-1,以50%的乙醇2 BV·h-1的流速进行脱附,提取率达81.82%。

Exploration of Extraction Technique for Total Saponins from Radix ClematidisHenryi by Styrenic Polymers

Abstract:Aiming at the structure and properties of total saponins of Clematis uniflora, DM1180 and chloromethyl polystyrene(hereinafter referred to as chlorinated spheres) were used to study the extraction of total saponins from Clematis chinensis. Experimental data showed that DM1180 had good adsorption efficiency. The optimum conditionswere as followings: the pH of the adsorbent was of 5; the concentration was of 0.20 g·mL-1; and the flow rate wasof 2 BV·h-1; the desorbption was at a flow rate of 50% ethanol 2 BV·h-1. The recovery was up to 81.82%.
