6%呋喃威·多杀菌素微囊悬浮剂的制备及其缓释性能的研究

摘 要:以呋喃威与多杀菌素为研究对象,研发出一种6%呋喃威·多杀菌素微囊悬浮剂。采用界面聚合法,以聚脲异氰酸酯为壁材制备6%呋喃威·多杀菌素微囊悬浮剂。测定了呋喃威与多杀菌素微囊的形貌、粒径和包封率,并评价了呋喃威与多杀菌素微囊悬浮剂的室内缓释性能。结果表明:微囊粒径约为2~5 μm,分布均匀,包封率为95.2%。呋喃威与多杀菌素在50 d时的累积释放率分别为78.3%和73.1%。具有持效期长、对环境适应性强、农药利用率高等优点,同时对人、畜和害虫的天敌安全性高,具有推广价值。

A Study on Preparation and Properties of 6% Benfuracarb-spinosad Microcapsules Suspension

Abstract:In this paper, a microencapsulated suspension of 6% benfuracarb-spinosad was developed with benfuracarb and spinosad as the research objects.The 6% benfuracarb-spinosad fungicidal microcapsules suspension was prepared by interfacial polymerization using PAPI as the wall material.The morphology and particle size of mother liquor of benfuracarb and spinosad microcapsules and the indoor sustained release performance of their microcapsule suspensions were tested. The results showed that: themicrocapsules particle size wasabout 2~5 μm; the encapsulation rates of benfuracarb was 95.2%; The release rates of benfuracarb and spinosad were 78.3% and 73.1% after 50 days respectively.It has the advantages of long duration, friendly environment, strong adaptability to the environment, high utilization rate of pesticides, high safety to natural enemies of human, livestock and pests, and has the value of popularization.
