脂肪醇多元酸酯的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:以SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,进行偏苯三酸酐和异十三醇的酯化反应,合成了其脂肪醇多元酸酯。考察了催化剂的选择、催化剂用量、醇酸配比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对酯化反应的影响。优化合成条件为:以SO42-/TiO2为催化剂,n(多元酸)∶n(脂肪醇)= 1.0∶3.5,催化剂用量为总反应物质量的0.20%,200℃回流反应6 h。优化条件下,酯化率在99.5%以上。 |

Preparation of Fatty Alcohol Polyester |

Abstract:EEsterification reaction of polyacid with fatty alcohol using SO42-/TiO2 as catalyst was investigated. The effects of factors including catalyst selection, catalyst dosage, molar ratio of alkyd, reaction temperature and reaction time on esterification were evaluated. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as followings: SO42-/TiO2 was used as catalyst; the ratio of n(polyacid) to n(fatty alcohol) was of 1.0∶3.5; catalyst dosage was 0.20% of the total mass of reactants; reflux reaction was performed at 200℃ for 6 h. Under these conditions, the degree of esterification was of more than 99.5%. |
