摘　要：为对利奈唑胺（2）的商业化生产进行质量控制，定向合成了利奈唑胺氮氧化物杂质。以钨酸钠／双氧水体系氧化制备利奈唑胺氮氧化物（1），收率72%，纯度97.8%，其结构经高分辨质谱和核磁共振表征确证。

Synthesis of Linezolid N-Oxide

Abstract：To perform the quality control of Linezolid(2)in commercialized production, Linezolid N-oxide as one of the impurities in Linezolid was synthesized. Linezolid N-oxide(1 ) was prepared by Oxidation with a hydrogen peroxide-sodium tungstate system with a yield of 72% and a purity of 97.8%. The impurity was characterized using NMR and HR-MS.
