负载黄芪多糖的Span-PEG微泡的抑菌和超声造影效果

摘 要:利用声振空化法制备负载黄芪多糖的Span-PEG微泡,考察其抑菌以及超声成像效果。实验结果表明,所制备的Span-PEG复合微泡平均粒径为595.3 nm、Zeta电位为-18.8 mV,Span-PEG复合微泡中黄芪多糖负载率为(8.60±0.24)%。Span-PEG复合微泡对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,且效果随Span-PEG复合微泡浓度的增加而增强。Span-PEG复合微泡在家兔体内心脏、肾脏和子宫均具有显著的超声显影效果。

Bacteriostatic and Sonographic Effects of Span-PEG Microbubbles Loaded with Polysaccharose

Abstract:Span-PEG microbubbles loaded with the astragalus polysaccharide were prepared by acoustic cavitation method. Its effects on the bacteriostatic and ultrasonic imaging were investigated. The experimental results showed that: the average particle size of the Span-PEG composite microbubbles was 595.3 nm, the Zeta potential was -18.8 mV; and the load rate of astragalus polysaccharide in the Span-PEG composite microbubbles was (8.60±0.24)%; Span-PEG composite microbubbles had the bacteriostatic effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, and the bacteriostatic effect increased with the increase of the Span-PEG composite microbubbles concentration; the Span-PEG composite microbubbles have significant ultrasonic imaging effect on the heart, kidney and uterus in rabbits.
