摘　要：以7-氨基-3-甲基-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸（7-ADCA）为起始原料，与（Z）-2-（2-氨基噻唑-4-基）-2-乙酰氧亚氨基硫代乙酸（S）-2-苯并噻唑酯（地尼活性酯）进行酰化反应、水解得到头孢地尼原料药中杂质3-甲基头孢地尼，总收率达39.69％，并对合成的3-甲基头孢地尼进行了结构表征与确证。

Synthesis and Confirmation of 3-Methyl Cefdinir

Abstract：3-Methyl cefdinir was prepared uaing 7-Amino-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid (7-ADCA) as the starting material and S-thio-benzothiazole-(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl-)-acetoxy imine acetate (cefdinir side chain active ester) as starting materials through reactions including acylation and hydrolysis with a total molar yield of 39.69%. The structurec of 3-methyl cefdinir was confirmed.
