摘　要：以2-呋喃甲醇为起始物料，经乙酰化、溴代醚化、哒嗪环合、氧化等步骤，得到目标产物哒嗪-3-羧酸，总收率37.8%，其结构经质谱、氢谱表征确证。

Synthesis of Pyridazine-3-carboxylic Acid

Abstract：Starting from 2-furanmethanol, the target product pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained through a series of reactions including acetylation, bromo-etherification, cyclization and oxidation with a total yield of 37.8%. The structure of the product was characterized by MS and 1H NMR.
