高品质戊基三联苯腈的制备及提纯 |

摘 要:以4′-正戊基联苯硼酸和对氯苯腈为原料,经过Suzuki偶联制备了戊基三联苯腈。研究了碱和溶剂对反应转化率的影响,以及重结晶溶剂的选择。优化的反应条件为:碱为无水碳酸钾,反应溶剂为甲苯和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,温度85~90℃,4 h转化率为96.3%,经二甲苯和乙醇(v∶v=10∶1)提纯后纯度大于99.9%(GC),收率高达70%。 |

Preparation and Purification of High-purity Pentyl Terphenyl Nitrile |

Abstract:The pentyl terphenyl nitrile was prepared by Suzuki coupling 4'-pentyl-4-biphenylboronic acid with p-chlorobenzonitrile. The effects of different bases and solvents on the conversion rate of the reaction and the choice of purification solvent were investigated. The optimum conditions for the reaction were determined: the base was potassium carbonate; the solvents were toluene and N,N-dimethylformamide; the conversion rate was 96.3% at 85~90℃ after 4 h; the purity after purification by xylene and ethanol (v∶v=10∶1) was more than 99.9%(GC) with the yield as high as 70% |
