对氯甲基苯乙烯的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:以4-氯苯乙烯(4)为原料,采用叠缩工艺,经格氏反应、还原反应和氯代反应合成了单一结构的对氯甲基苯乙烯(1)。化合物4 与镁屑生成格氏试剂,再与N,N-二甲基甲酰胺反应生成4-乙烯基苯甲醛(3)。化合物3 与NaBH4-NaOH的溶液反应合成得到4-乙烯基苯甲醇(2)。在DMF催化作用下,化合物2 与SOCl2和Et3N发生氯代反应生成对氯甲基苯乙烯(1),总收率达到52.6%。 |

Synthetic Process of p-Chloromethyl Styrene |

Abstract:Telescoped process was developed for the synthesis of single structural p-chloromethyl styrene (1) which was prepared via Grignard reaction, reduction reaction and chlorination reaction using 4-chlorostyrene (4) as raw material. 4-Vinylbenzaldehyde (3) was realized from compound 4 by treatment with magnesium and DMF in sequential order. Reduction reaction between compound 3 and NaBH4-NaOH solution afforded 4-vinylbenzyl alcohol(2). Chlorination reaction of compound 2 with SOCl2 and Et3N gave p-chloromethyl styrene(1) in the presence of DMF as a catalyst with a total yield of 52.6%. |
