基于正交试验优化研究乙草胺通氨醇解工艺

摘 要:对乙草胺的合成工艺路线进行了研究。通过对乙草胺通氨醇解工段:2-甲基-6-乙基-N-氯甲基-α-氯乙酰苯胺加入乙醇后醇解、通氨合成乙草胺进行正交试验,确定了溶剂加入量为1∶3、醇解温度为35℃、醇解时间为4 h、通氨温度为20℃、终点pH值为8时,反应单步收率达98.5%。后处理后产品的含量和色泽在国内同行均处于领先水平。

Study on the Process of Inducing Ammonia into Acetochlor and the Alcoholysis Reaction Based on Orthogonal Experiment Test

Abstract:This article reported a research on the synthesis of acetochlor. Through the orthogonal experiment test on inducing ammonia into acetochlor and the alcoholysis reaction by adding 2-methyl-6-ethyl-N-chloromethyl-α-acetylchloroaniline to ethyl alcohol, the conditons of orthogonal test were obtained as followings: the proprtion of the solvent was of 1∶3, the temperature of the alcoholysis reaction was of 35℃, the reaction time was of 4 hours, the temperature of adding ammonia was of 20℃and the pH value was of 8. The yield of single-step reaction of acetochlor was above 98.5%. After this orthogonal experiment, the quality and appearance of the products are ranking the top of the industry.
