溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米CeO_2

摘 要:以硝酸铈和柠檬酸为原料 ,采用溶胶 凝胶 (sol gel)法制备了纳米CeO2 对反应温度、金属离子与配体的摩尔比、凝胶烘干温度、焙烧温度等制备条件对产物的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,所得CeO2 粒子为立方晶相系 ,呈球形 ,平均粒径达到纳米级。并初步对该方法进行了改进 ,采用微波加热的方法可以缩短反应时间 ,节约能源

Preparation of Nanocrystalline CeO_2 by Sol-Gel Method

Abstract:Nanocrystalline CeO 2 were prepared by sol gel method using cerous nitrate and citric acid. The powders were analyzed by XRD. It was showed that the synthesized CeO 2 was cubic in structure and CeO 2 particles were basically spherical in shape. Several factors, such as reacting temperature, the ratio of cerous nitrate with citric acid, drying temperature, and etc. were investigated. It was showed that reacting time can be shorten by means of microwave radiation.
