摘　要：以3-苯基-2-丙炔-1-醇为起始原料，醋酸碘苯为乙酰化试剂，在PPh3／K2CO3存在条件下，于甲苯中回流24 h，得到乙酸3-苯基炔丙酯，分离收率为83%。目标化合物的结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS确证。

Synthesis of 3-Phenyl-2-propyn-1-yl Acetate

Abstract：3-Phenyl-2-propyn-1-yl acetate was obtained in a yield of 83% using 3-phenyl-2-propyn-1-ol as the starting material, iodobenzene diacetate as the acetylating agent, and PPh3/K2CO3 as the catalyst in refluxing toluene for 24 h. The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI-MS.
