甲磺草胺及其关键中间体的合成方法综述

摘 要:综述了甲磺草胺及其关键中间体的合成方法。甲磺草胺的合成方法主要有磺酰氯法、磺酸法、磺酸酯法、磺酰胺法及其它合成方法。磺酰氯法是最早合成甲磺草胺的经典方法,而磺酰胺法,尤其是以关键中间体5a与甲磺酰胺在含铜催化剂作用下直接合成甲磺草胺的方法具有原料易得、操作简便、收率高的优点,且能回避硝化反应及其间产生的废酸废水,有望成为甲磺草胺制备的新方法。

Review on the Methods for Synthesis of Sulfentrazone and its Key Intermediates

Abstract:The methods for synthesis of sulfentrazone and its key intermediates were reviewed. The synthetic methods for sulfentrazone can be concluded to sulfonyl chloride, sulfonic acid, sulfonate, sulfonamide and some other methods. Among them, the sulfonyl chloride method is the earliest classic method for the preparation of sulfentrazone. The sulfonamide method, especially the route from the key intermediate 5a and sulfonamide under copper-containing catalyst conditions may become a new alternative due to its prominent features such as starting materials easily obtained, easy industrialization operation and the high yield, as well as effectively avoiding the nitrification process and the large amounts of waste acid and waste water during the process.
