1-(芳氨基乙基)-2-芳基-3,1-苯并噁嗪衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

摘 要:利用2-(芳氨基乙基氨基)苄醇与硝基苯甲醛在La(CF3SO3)3的催化作用下合成了一系列1-(芳氨基乙基)-2-芳基-3,1-苯并噁嗪类化合物。研究了催化剂、反应物料比及时间等对反应的影响,实验结果表明La(CF3SO3)3比BF3·O(C2H5)2、TMSCl、SnCl4等对反应的催化活性高。化合物的杀菌活性测试结果表明,所合成化合物都具有一定的杀菌活性。

Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of 1-(Arylaminoethyl)-2-aryl-3,1-benzoxazines Derivatives

Abstract:A series of novel 1-(arylaminoethyl)-2-aryl-3,1-benzoxazines were synthesized from the reaction of 2-(arylaminoethyl)benzyl alcohol with nitrobenzaldehydes under the catalysis of La(CF3SO3)3. The effects of catalyst, reactants ratio and reaction time on the reaction were studied and the results showed that La(CF3SO3)3 had higher catalytic activity than BF3·O(C2H5)2, TMSCl and SnCl4. The fungicidal activity of the target compounds was investigated. All the tested compounds showed certain activity, and some of them exhibited moderate activity.
