摘　要：采用离子色谱法测定吡嗪盐酸盐中乙二胺，考察了专属性试验、线性和范围、检测限和定量限、重复性和准确度。结果表明该方法操作简便，灵敏度高，结果准确，重复性好，可用于吡嗪盐酸盐中乙二胺残留量的测定。

Determination of Ethylenediamine in Pyrazine Hydrochloride by Ion Chromatography

Abstract：Ion chromatography was used to determine ethylenediamine in pyrazine hydrochloride. Specificity tests, linearity and range, detection and quantification limits, accuracy and repeatability were investigated. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and suitable for the determination of etheylenediamine in pyrazine hydrochloride.
