4-溴螺环[芴-9,9-氧杂蒽]的合成与表征 |

摘 要:以二苯醚为原料,惰性气体保护下,与仲丁基锂反应,加入4-溴-9-芴酮,在冰乙酸溶剂中闭环合成4-溴螺环[芴-9,9'-氧杂蒽]。其结构经1H NMR等表征确证。优化反应条件为:n(二苯醚)∶n(仲丁基锂)=1∶1,锂化温度-75 ℃。总收率86%。 |

Abstract:4-Bromospirocycline [fluorene-9,9'-oxaanthracene] was synthesized by the reaction of diphenyl ether and s-BuLi, and then 4-bromo-9-fluorenone was added. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as followings: the ratio of diphenyl ether to secondary butyl lithium was 1∶1; and the reaction temperature was -75 ℃. The total yield of the target product was 86%. |
