草酸亚锡催化合成双季戊四醇六正戊酸酯

摘 要:以草酸亚锡为催化剂,进行双季戊四醇和正戊酸的酯化反应,合成了双季戊四醇六正戊酸酯,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。确定了优化合成条件:n(正戊酸)∶n(双季戊四醇)=6.5∶1.0,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的0.05%,210 ℃酯化反应7 h,酯化率超过99%,用红外光谱、气相色谱和核磁对反应产物进行了表征。

Synthesis of Dipentaerythritol Ester Catalyzed by Stannous Oxalate

Abstract:Using stannous oxalate as catalyst, dipentaerythritol and valeric acid were esterified to obtain dipentaerythritol hexaester. Effects of factors including the dosage of catalyst, molar ratio of valaric acid to dipentaerythritol, reaction temperature,and reaction time on the results of esterification were investigated. The optimal conditions were obtained asthe folloeings: the dosage of the catalyst was of 0.50%(w/w) of total mass of the reactants; n( valeric acid)∶n(dipentaerythritol) was of 6.5∶1.0; reaction temperature was of 210 ℃ and reaction time was of 7 h. The yield of esterification reached more than 99%. The reaction products were characterized by FTIR, GC and 13CNMR.
