摘　要：将L-谷氨酰胺高温破环后，利用制备色谱仪进行分离，运用1H NMR、13C NMR、LC-MS对该杂质结构进行解析。确定该化合物为N-乙酰基-L-谷氨酰胺。分离制备的杂质纯度高，可作为L-谷氨酰胺药品研究的对照物。

Preparation and Structural Confirmation of L-Glutamine Impurity

Abstract：L-Glutamine was treated at high temperature and separated by preparative chromatography. The structure of the impurity was analyzed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS. The compound was identified as N-acetyl-L-glutamine. The impurity can be used as the reference substance in the research of L-glutamine.
