季戊四醇烯丙基醚的合成工艺研究

摘 要:以季戊四醇、烯丙基氯和氢氧化钠为原料,在相转移催化剂PEP790封端聚醚的作用下,经威廉姆逊(Willamson)醚化反应得到季戊四醇烯丙基醚。对季戊四醇烯丙基醚的合成工艺进行了优化,考察了相转移催化剂类型及其用量和反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对合成反应的影响。优化条件下总收率为83.1%,三醚选择性达到82.9%。该合成工艺路线操作简单,实验条件温和,原料设备成本低,适合工业化生产。

Synthetic Process of Pentaerythritol Allyl Ether

Abstract:Using pentaerythritol, allyl chloride and sodium hydroxide as main raw materials, under the action of the phase transfer catalyst, pentaerythritol allyl ether is obtained by Willamson reaction. The effects of the dosage of phase transfer catalysts, molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis reaction were studied respectively. The synthetic process of pentaerythritol allyl ether was optimized, and the total yield under the optimized conditions was 83.1% with a triether selectivity of 82.9%. This synthetic route has simple operation, mild experimental conditions, and low cost of raw material equipment, and is suitable for industrial production.
