茴香硫醚的合成及应用进展

摘 要:介绍了茴香硫醚的不同合成路线,苯硫酚S-甲基化和在固定床中的连续催化合成,分析各种合成路线的优缺点与适用条件,同时简述了茴香硫醚在有机合成、药物合成、化学毒剂模拟剂、光引发剂等领域的应用。指出以碳酸二甲酯或甲醇作为甲基化试剂的苯硫酚S-甲基化反应是合成茴香硫醚的较优合成工艺,在采用固定床反应器在多相催化的条件下,其连续操作、易分离等特点规避了原料苯硫酚及茴香硫醚自身毒性的影响,是未来茴香硫醚的绿色合成工艺发展方向。

Progress in the Synthesis and Application of Thioanisole

Abstract:The different synthetic routes of thioanisole were introduced including S-methylation of thiophenol and continuous catalytic synthesis of thioanisole in a fixed bed. Besides the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various synthetic routes, the application of thioanisole in organic synthesis, drug synthesis, chemical agent, photoinitiator and other fields was also briefly described. Finally, it was pointed out that the S-methylation of thiophenol using dimethyl carbonate or methanol as the methylation reagent was a promising synthesis process for thioanisole, which was affected by the raw material thiophenol and the toxicity of thiophenol itself. The use of fixed-bed reactor under the condition of heterogeneous catalysis, its continuous operation and easy separation can avoid the toxicity risk and it is the development direction of the green synthetic process of thioanisole in the future.
