摘　要：薄荷酯由天然薄荷原油分离、提纯所得，是香料的重要成分，具有薄荷香气及清凉作用，在食品、化妆品、医药、香烟等领域得到了较为广泛的应用。综述了近年来薄荷酯香料合成与应用新进展。

Abstract：Menthol is an important component of perfume with fresh mint and cooling effect obtained mainly from the crude oil of natural peppermint. It has been widely used in food, cosmetics, medicine, cigarette and other fields. In this paper, the progress of synthesis and application of menthyl ester in recent years was reviewed.
