壳聚糖联合改性粉煤灰吸附废水中的亚甲基蓝

摘 要:为降低染料废水的处理成本,实现“以废治废”的目的,以壳聚糖和粉煤灰为原料,用NaOH溶液作为改性液制备壳聚糖联合改性粉煤灰吸附剂,探究对废水中亚甲基蓝的吸附性能并拟合其动力学方程。结果表明,当壳聚糖与粉煤灰联合吸附剂质量比为0.03时,对废水中亚甲基蓝的吸附效果较佳。通过设计正交实验考察各因素对吸附效率的影响程度,结果表明,对于50 mL的100 mg·L-1亚甲基蓝溶液的较优吸附条件为:温度为85 ℃、pH=6,加入5 g吸附剂吸附60 min。该吸附条件下,溶液中的亚甲基蓝去除效率大于95%,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。

Adsorption of Methylene Blue in Wastewater by Chitosan Combined with Modified Fly Ash

Abstract:In order to reduce the treatment cost of dye wastewater and realize the purpose of "treating waste with waste", in this experiment, chitosan and fly ash used as raw materials and NaOH solution as modifier to prepare chitosan modified fly ash adsorbent. Its adsorption performance on methylene blue in wastewater was explored and endeavored to fit its kinetic equation. The results showed that when the mass ratio of combined adsorbent was 0.03, the adsorption effect of methylene blue in wastewater was better. By means of orthogonal experiment, it was found that was better adsorption conditions for 50 mL of 100 mg·L-1 methylene blue solution were as followings: under the condition of temperature 85 ℃, pH=6, adding 5 g adsorbent for 60 min, the removal efficiency of methylene blue in the solution was higher than 95%, and the adsorption process conformed to the pseudo second order kinetic model.
