摘 要:报道了一种以环己酮为原料合成环己酮肟 ,并与丙烯腈缩合 ,通过催化氢化裂解制备 3 氨基丙醇的新方法 ,对反应的物料配比、反应温度、催化剂用量等因素作了较为详细的研究 ,得到了较佳的工艺条件 ,并用红外及核磁共振对产品的结构作了表征 |

The New Process of the Synthesis of 3-Aminopropanol |

Abstract:A new process of the synthesis of 3 aminopropanol from cyclohexanone was provided. The process included the reaction of cyclohexanone and hydroxylamine, condensation of cyclohexanone oxime and acrylonitrile, and catalytic hydrocracking of acrylonitrile ketoxime. The effect of the reaction conditions such as the mole ratio of reactant, reaction temperature, reaction time, the quantity of catalyst and so on were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained. |
