石墨相氮化碳基Z型异质结研究进展

摘 要:石墨相氮化碳因其独特的带隙结构、电子性能及化学稳定性而得到广泛的研究,而石墨相氮化碳基Z型异质结的构建可以拓宽石墨相氮化碳的可见光吸收范围、抑制电子空穴的复合和提高氧化还原电位,提高光催化性能。总结了近年来石墨相氮化碳基Z型异质结的类型及制备方法,并对未来石墨相氮化碳基Z型异质结的研究方向进行了展望。

Progress on Z-Type Heterojunctions of Graphite Phase Carbon Nitride

Abstract:Graphite phase carbon nitride has been widely studied due to its unique band gap structure, electronic properties and chemical stability. The construction of Z-type heterojunction of graphite phase carbon nitride can broaden the visible absorption range of graphite phase carbon nitride, inhibit electron hole recombination, improve the redox potential, and improve the photocatalytic performance. The types and preparation methods of Z-type heterojunctions based on carbon nitride in graphite phase in recent years were summarized in this paper while the future research directions of graphite carbonitride Z-type heterojunctions were prospected.
