二苯氯甲烷的制备方法及在药物合成中的应用

摘 要:二苯氯甲烷是一种应用前景广阔的医药中间体。综述了二苯氯甲烷的合成方法,分析比较了光化学合成法、三光气合成法、盐酸氯化合成法三种路线的优势与不足。同时归纳了二苯氯甲烷在中枢神经兴奋药物、组胺H1受体拮抗剂、新型组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂药物合成中的应用现状,对二苯氯甲烷在药物设计及合成领域具有借鉴意义。

The Preparation of Chlorodiphenylmethane and Its Application in Drug Synthesis

Abstract:Chlorodiphenylmethane is an active pharmaceutical intermediate with strong application prospects. In this paper, the synthesis methods of chlorodiphenylmethane were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of methods including photochemical synthesis, triphosgene synthesis and hydrochloric acid chlorination synthesis were analyzed and compared. The application status of chlorodiphenylmethane in the synthesis of central nervous stimulants, histamine H1 receptor antagonists, novel histone deacetylase inhibitors drug synthesis were also summarized with reference significance for chlorodiphenylmethane in the field of drug synthesis.
