摘　要：以（Z）-2-（2-氨基噻唑-4-基）-2-乙基氧羰基甲氧基亚氨乙酸为起始原料，经酯化反应、缩合反应合成得到头孢克肟有关物质头孢克肟乙酯（EP-F），并对其进行了HPLC、LC-MS、NMR确证以及碳氢信号的归属，为头孢克肟质量研究提供参考。

Synthesis and Identification of Related Substances Cefixime

Abstract：A related substance of cefixime(EP-F) was synthesized through esterification and condensation using(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-ethyloxycarbonylmethoxyiminoacetic acid as starting material. This substance was confirmed by HPLC, LC- MS, and NMR while these testing method could be used for quality control of cefixime.
