GC法测定盐酸他喷他多原料药中有机溶剂的残留量

摘 要:采用顶空气相色谱法,以Agilent DB-624毛细管柱为色谱柱,FID检测器,程序升温,顶空进样,建立了一种同时测定盐酸他喷他多原料药中甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃、三乙胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺七种有机溶剂残留量的方法。结果表明七种待测有机残留溶剂均完全分离,空白溶剂无干扰。该方法操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度好,适用于盐酸他喷他多原料药中七种有机溶剂残留的同时测定。

Headspace Gas Chromatography Determination of Residual Organic Solvent in Ibudilast

Abstract:Using headspace gas chromatography, using Agilent DB-624 capillary column as the chromatographic column, FID detector, temperature programming, and headspace sampling, a simultaneous determination of methanol, acetone, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, triethylamine and N,N-dimethylformamide 7 kinds of residual organic solvent method. The experimental results show that the seven organic solvents to be tested are completely separated, and the blank solvent has no interference. The method is simple to operate, has high accuracy, and good sensitivity. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of seven organic solvents in tapentadol hydrochloride API.
