摘　要：2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷是应用较广的有机合成中间体。综述了以2-氯苯甲酸甲酯、2-氯三氯甲苯、2-氯苯基二苯甲醇为原料制备2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷的三种合成方法，并介绍了2-氯苯基二苯氯甲烷在广谱抗真菌药、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、2-氯苯基二苯甲烷酯类活性化合物等药物合成中的应用现状，展望了其应用前景。

Progress in the Synthesis of 2-Chlorotrityl chloride

Abstract：2-Chlorotrityl chloride is widely used as an intermediate in organic synthesis. Based on the starting materials, the synthetic methods of 2-chlorotrityl chloride from methyl 2-chlorobenzoate, 2-chlorotrichlorotoluene, 2-chlorophenyldiphenyl methanol were reviewed. Meanwhile, the application status of 2-chlorotrityl chloride in the broad spectrum antifungal agents, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, and the active compounds of 2-chlorotrityl chloride esters drug synthesis were summarized. In the end, the prospect application of 2-chlorotrityl chloride was given.
