高分子量甘油聚醚的合成研究

摘 要:采用两步法合成甘油聚醚12000。以甘油、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷为原料,优选氢氧化铯为催化剂,合成了低聚物甘油聚醚900;再以氢氧化铯为催化剂、低聚物甘油聚醚900为反应原料与环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷反应合成窄分布、低不饱和度、高伯羟基含量的甘油聚醚12000。考察了催化剂种类及用量、反应温度和EO封端量等因素对不饱和度、分子量分布、伯羟基含量的影响,优化工艺为:第1步反应催化剂用量为第1步反应总物料质量的2.0‰,反应温度110 ℃;第2步反应以催化剂用量为第2步反应总物料质量的2.5‰,反应温度110 ℃,EO封端量8%,产品不饱和度为0.011 mmol·g-1,分子量分布系数为1.06,伯羟基含量为96.05%。

Synthesis of High Molecular Weight Glycerol Polyether

Abstract:Glycerol polyether 12000 was synthesized through a two-step process. Glycerin polyether 900 was synthesized from glycerol, propylene oxide and ethylene oxide with cesium hydroxide as catalyst. In the second step, glycerol polyether 12000 with narrow distribution, low unsaturation and high primary hydroxyl content was synthesized by reaction of oligomer glycerol polyether 900 with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide using cesium hydroxide as catalyst. The effects of catalyst type and dosage, reaction temperature and EO capping amount on unsaturation, molecular weight distribution coefficient and primary hydroxyl content were investigated. The optimized process was as follows: in the first step, the amount of catalyst was 2.0‰ of the total material mass in the first step, and the reaction temperature was 110 ℃; in the second step, the amount of catalyst was 2.5‰ of the total material mass in the second step, the reaction temperature was 110 ℃, and the end capping dosage of EO was 8%. the unsaturation of the product was 0.011 mmol·g-1, the molecular weight distribution coefficient was 1.06, and the content of primary hydroxyl group was 96.05%.
