苯氧乙醇的纯化工艺研究 |

摘 要:以工业级苯氧乙醇粗品为原料,通过减压精馏和大孔吸附剂吸附两步纯化工艺得到主含量纯度高(≥99.9%,GC),苯酚含量低(≤5 mg·kg-1,LC)的化妆品用原料苯氧乙醇,两步收率90%,该制备工艺路线简单,生产成本低,适合工业化生产。 |

Purification of Phenoxyethanol for Cosmetics |

Abstract:Using crude phenoxyethanol as the raw material, through a two-step purification process including vacuum rectification and macroporous adsorbent adsorption, the phenoxyethanol for cosmetics a purity of 99.9% and limited phenol of 5 mg·kg-1 was obtained. This preparation process has many advantages including simple operation, low in cost, and suitable for industrial production. |
