粉煤灰重介质辅助结团絮凝处理硫双灭多威废水

摘 要:采用粉煤灰做重介质辅助结团絮凝的方法,改善了芬顿处理后的硫双灭多威废水絮凝效果,解决了工程上常规絮凝固液分离带来的困难。先通过烧杯实验,分别考察了粉煤灰的粒径和投加量,聚合氯化铝(PAC)和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的投加量,以及搅拌速度对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,优化后的絮凝条件为:250目的粉煤灰,投加量为1.6 g·L-1,PAC和PAM的投加量分别为1 g·L-1、2 mg·L-1,搅拌速度为100 r·min-1。将优化参数应用于车间预处理装置上,并对装置稍加改动,在介质絮凝工艺中投加粉煤灰,实际工艺出水。悬浮物(SS)、化学需氧量(COD)、4-氨基吡啶去除率分别达到99.95%、86.67%、96.55%,均有良好的处理效果。排出的污泥含固量为20%~30%,大大改善了污泥的脱水性能。

Treatment of Sulphur Dimethadol Wastewater by Cluster Flocculation Assisted by Fly Ash Heavy Medium

Abstract:Using fly ash as heavy medium assisted cluster flocculation improved the flocculation effect of Fenton treated dimethomyl Sulphur dimethadol wastewater, and solved the difficulty caused by conventional flocculation separation in engineering. The effects of particle size and dosage of fly ash, dosage of PAC and PAM, and stirring speed on flocculation were investigated by beaker test. The results showed that the optimal flocculation conditions were as follows: the dosage of 250 mesh fly ash was 1.6 g·L-1, the dosage (mass ratio) of PAC and PAM were 1 g·L-1 and 2 mg·L-1, respectively, and the stirring speed was 100 r·min-1. When the above parameters were applied to the workshop pretreatment device, and the device was slightly modified, fly ash was added in the medium flocculation process, the actual process effluent SS, COD, 4-aminopyridine removal rate reaches 99.95%, 86.67%, 96.55%, respectively, all of which had good treatment effect. The solid content of the discharged sludge was 20%~30%, which greatly improved the dewatering performance of the sludge.
