4′-羟基联苯-4-甲酸合成工艺研究进展

摘 要:综述了以4-羟基联苯、4-羟基-4′-氰基联苯、4-羧基苯硼酸、4-羟基苯硼酸为原料制备4′-羟基联苯-4-甲酸的四种合成方法,对每种合成工艺的优缺点进行分析,并介绍了其在构筑有机发光材料、液晶材料及其中间体、法尼醇X受体拮抗剂等领域合成中的应用,展望了4′-羟基联苯-4-甲酸的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the different starting materials, the synthetic methods from 4-hydroxybiphenyl, 4-hydroxy-4'- cyanobiphenyl, 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid and 4-hydroxyphenylboronic acid were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each synthesis process were discussed. Meanwhile the application status of 4'-hydroxy-4-biphenylcarboxylic acid in organic luminescent materials, liquid crystal materials and their intermediates, farnesoid X receptor antagonists were summarized. At the same time, the future application was prospected.
