淀粉微球作为药物载体的应用研究进展

摘 要:淀粉微球因具有无毒性、良好的生物相容性以及能被细胞吸收等优点,是生物医药领域药物载体研究热点之一。总结了国内外构建淀粉微球作为药物载体的研究成果,分析了淀粉微球中淀粉的来源主要有玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉等,概述了淀粉微球作为药物载体的应用,指出淀粉微球作为药物载体存在的问题及淀粉微球药物载体的发展前景和方向,旨在为淀粉微球药物载体在药物释放可控性、规模化及临床应用安全性等方面提供有价值的参考。

Research Progress of Starch Microspheres as Drug Carriers

Abstract:Starch microspheres have attracted the attention of many experts and scholars as drug carriers in biomedical field because of their advantages of non-toxic, good biocompatibility and being absorbed by cells. This paper first summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the construction of starch microspheres as drug carriers, from which we found that the main sources of starch in starch microspheres were corn starch, potato starch, cassava starch and other types of starch. Secondly, the application of starch microspheres as drug carriers is mainly summarized. Finally, the existing problems of starch microspheres as drug carriers are pointed out in order to provide valuable guidance and reference for the controllable drug release, large-scale and clinical safety of starch microsphere drug carrier.
