摘　要：以（Z）-2-甲氧亚氨基-2-（呋喃-2-基）乙酸铵为起始原料，经酰化反应、缩合反应内酯化应合成得到头孢呋辛钠1个有关物质（EP-H），并对其进行了HPLC、LC-MS、NMR及红外确证，为头孢呋辛钠杂质获取制备提供参考。

Preparation of Cefuroxime Sodium Related Substance (EP-H)

Abstract：Related substance(EP-H) of cefuroxime sodium was introduced was synthesized from(Z)-2-methoxyimino-2-(furan-2-yl)-acetic acid-ammonia salt by acylation, condensation reaction and lactone reaction. It was confirmed by HPLC, LC-MS, NMR and IR. It provided a reference for the preparation of cefuroxime sodium impurities.
