摘　要：采用C18 反相柱和紫外吸收检测器 ,以甲醇 +乙腈 +水作流动相 ,对 1,4 二巯基苏醇进行液相色谱分离 ,外标法定量。方法线性范围宽、精密度好、准确度高。

Analysis of 1, 4-Dithiothreitol by HPLC

Abstract：The quantitative analysis of 1,4-Dithiothreitol by HPLC on C 18 reversed phase column with UV-absorbance detector and mobile phase of methol + acetonitrile + water. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01～2.0 g/L, the standard deviation was 0.19, the coefficient of variation was 0.20% and the recovery was 97.8%～102.0%.
