摘　要：介绍了三种恩格列净有关物质的合成方法，并通过HRMS和NMR（1H NMR、COSY、13C NMR、DEPT135°、HSQC和HMBC）对其进行结构确证，为恩格列净的质量研究提供指导。

Synthesis and Identification of Related Substance of Empagliflozin Intermediate

Abstract：The synthetic methods of three related substances of Empagliflozin intermediate were introduced, and their HRMS and NMR（1H NMR、COSY、13C NMR、DEPT135°、HSQC and HMBC） confirmations and the attribution of hydrocarbon signals were provided as a reference for their quality research.
