数学分离辅助HPLC-DAD精准定量枳实中的六种黄酮类化合物

摘 要:利用交替三线性分解(ATLD)算法辅助高效液相色谱-光二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD),用于快速、绿色定量检测枳实中六种黄酮类化合物。该方法得益于二阶校正方法独特的“二阶优势”,部分“物理或化学分离”可以用“数学分离”替代,因此样品的预处理步骤得到了简化,在存在重叠峰和未知干扰情况下,仍实现了对中药枳实中六种黄酮类化合物的同时、绿色、精准定量检测,并且单样本检测时间小于7 min,具有良好的线性和令人满意的回收率。结果表明,本方法可以作为一种高效的策略用于同时定量检测中药中的多种化学成分,为中药品质把控提供一定指导。

Accurate and Simultaneous Quantitation of 6 Flavonoids in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by Using Mathematical Separation Assisted HPLC-DAD

Abstract:In this work, a fast analysis strategy that the high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) coupled with the alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithm was proposed for simultaneous quantitation of 6 flavonoids in fructusaurantiiimmaturus (AFI). Instead of "chemical separation", "mathematical separation" was chose to simplifysample pretreatment, which benefited from the "second-order advantages", making the accurate, green quantitation of 6 flavonoids in AFI within 7 min with satisfactory results. Experimental results indicated that the proposed method was a high-efficiencystrategy for simultaneous determination of multi-components in complex traditional Chinese medicines.
