绿盲蝽性信息素诱芯的结构鉴定和定量分析

摘 要:通过气相色谱-质谱联用法和气相色谱法对绿盲蝽性信息素诱芯中有效成分进行定性定量分析:与标准品的保留时间及特征碎片进行比对,对有效成分进行结构鉴定;建立了有效成分的定量分析方法:以十二烷为内标物,使用DB-17毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,测定4-氧代-反-2-己烯醛和丁酸-反-2-己烯酯的含量。该分析方法的线性相关系数分别为0.999 94和0.999 97,标准偏差均为0.02,变异系数分别为0.58%和0.37%,平均回收率分别为102.38%和101.03%。

The Study of Identification and Quantitative Analysis on the Lure of Sex Pheromone Produced by Apolygus Lucorum

Abstract:Qualitative and quantitative analysis for the lure of sex pheromone produced by apolygus lucorum were conducted by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography: chemical constituents were identificated by comparing the relative time and the feature fragment of the reference substance; The GC method of quantitative analysis of active ingredients was established: (2E)-4-oxo-2-hexenal and (2E)-2-hexen-1-y1 butyrate was separated on DB-17 capillary column, using dodecane as internal standard, and detected by flame ionization detector. The results showed that the liner correlation coefficients of them were 0.999 94 and 0.999 97, the standard deviations were 0.02, the variation coefficients were 0.58% and 0.37%, the average recoveries were 102.38% and 101.03%.
