高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测5%调环酸钙悬浮剂在水稻中残留以及检测方法研究

摘 要:对调环酸钙在湖南、宁夏、黑龙江、海南、广西、湖北、山东、安徽、辽宁、四川、江苏、福建12地水稻上残留检测方法进行研究,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测水稻稻壳、糙米、秸秆样品中调环酸钙的残留量。基质校正标准溶液外标法定量。分析方法的线性范围在1~1000 ng/mL,相关系数>0.99;稻壳和秸秆在0.02~2.0 mg/kg、糙米0.01~1.0 mg/kg的添加水平,平均回收率83%~110%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1%~8%。1年12地试验结果表明,调环酸钙在水稻植株、稻壳中残留量均<0.02 mg/kg,在水稻糙米中残留量<0.01~0.020 3 mg/kg。通过对稻壳和糙米残留量折算水稻稻谷中的残留量<0.012 2~0.020 2 mg/kg。

Residues Determination of 5% Prohexadione-calcium SC in Rice Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:In this paper, the residues of Prohexadione-calcium in 12 testing rice samples from Hunan, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Hainan, Guangxi, Hubei, Shandong, Anhui, Liaoning, Sichuan, Jiangsu and Fujian were studied. High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to detect rice husks, brown rice and straw samples. The standard solution was corrected by external standard method. The linear range of the analytical method is between 1 and 1000 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficient is of more than 0.99; rice husk and straw are fortified with 0.02~2.0 mg/kg and brown rice with 0.01~1.0 mg/kg, the average recovery rate is between 83%~110%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is between 1% and 8%. The test results in 12 testing samples in 1 year showed that the residual amount of Prohexadione-calcium in rice husk and straw were less than 0.02 mg/kg, in brown rice were less than 0.01~0.020 3 mg/kg. and in rice paddy were less than 0.012 2~0.020 2 mg/kg.
