PLA-PEG复合膜材微泡的制备

摘 要:采用双乳化溶剂挥发法制备PLA-PEG复合膜材的微泡,以微泡粒径为指标,优化微泡制备参数。实验结果表明,在聚乳酸(PLA)用量 0.3 g、聚乙二醇(PEG)用量 0.3 g、1次超声功率700 W、2次超声功率800 W、聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量为50 mL、浓度为1%、异丙醇浓度5%的条件下,所制备的PLA-PEG微泡的平均粒径为508.7 nm,Zeta电位-30.6 mV,微泡呈规则圆形且表面光滑。

Preparation of PLA-PEG Composite Microbubbles

Abstract:PLA-PEG composite microbubble was prepared by the double emulsion solvent evaporation method. With microbubble particle size as an index, the preparation parameters of microbubbles were optimized. Experimental results showed that the average particle size of the prepared PLA-PEG microbubbles was of 508.7 nm and Zeta potential was -30.6 mV under the conditions of PLA of 0.3 g, PEG of 0.3 g, primary ultrasonic power of 700 W, secondary ultrasonic power of 800 W, PVA of 50 mL at a concentration of 1%, and isopropanol of 5%. PLA-PEG composite microbubbles were regular round with a smooth surface.
