Abstract:A series of new o-aminobenzamides were designed and synthesized independently. Their insecticidal activity, safety, toxicity, preparation, greenhouse and/or field efficacy were studied, a series of high insecticidal activity compounds Ia, Ib and Ic with independent intellectual property rights was obtained. The results showed that the activity of Ic against chewing mouthparts pests such as Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostellawas better than that of Chlorantraniliprole, or at the same level, the activity of Ic against the piercing-sucking mouthparts pests such as aphids was much higher than that of Chlorantraniliprole, and better than that of Cyantraniliprole. The results of field tests confirmed that the efficacy of Icagainst chewing mouth pests including Chilo suppressalis(Walker) and Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee, Spodoptera exigua Hiibner was better than or equivalent to that of Chlorantraniliprole, and the efficacy of Ic against the piercing-sucking mouthparts pests such as aphids was better than or equivalent to that of Cyantraniliprole. The new o-aminobenzamide compound Ic can be used as candidate insecticides for further research and development. |
