三氟苯嘧啶的合成、晶体表征与杀虫活性

摘 要:三氟苯嘧啶(1)是美国杜邦公司开发的新型介离子型嘧啶酮类杀虫剂,探索了其合成方法,并表征了晶体结构,测试了其对豇豆蚜虫的杀虫活性。以间三氟甲基苯乙酸、2-氨基吡啶为起始原料,经4步反应成功合成目标化合物三氟苯嘧啶,并经核磁和X-射线单晶衍射确证其结构,总收率为12.7%。室内杀虫测试结果表明:三氟苯嘧啶对豇豆蚜虫的LC50 为9.76 mg/L。

The Synthesis, Crystal Characterization and Insecticidal Activity of Triflumezopyrim

Abstract:Triflumezopyrim(1) is a new mesoionic pyrimidinones insecticide developed by DuPont. The synthetic method for Triflumezopyrim was explored, and its crystal structure was characterized while its insecticidal activities against cowpea aphids were also tested. Triflumezopyrim was synthesized successfully using 2-[3-(trifluoromethyl) phenyl] acetic acid and 2-aminopyridine as the starting materials through a four-step process. Meanwhile, the structural characterization of Triflumezopyrim was performed using NMR and X-ray diffraction. The total yield of Triflumezopyrim was 12.7%. And the insecticidal assays indicated that LC50 of Triflumezopyrim against cowpea aphids was 9.76 mg/L.
