间叔丁基苯乙醚高效液相色谱分析方法

摘 要:建立一种测定间叔丁基苯乙醚的高效液相色谱法。采用Eclipse XDB-C18 不锈钢柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.×5 μm)和紫外检测器,以乙腈和水为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,在220 nm波长下对间叔丁基苯乙醚进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得间叔丁基苯乙醚保留时间约12.5 min,线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.02,变异系数为0.02%,平均回收率为100.02%。方法操作简便,精密度与准确度较高,可用于间叔丁基苯乙醚的定量分析。

Analysis of 1-Tert-butyl-3-ethoxybenzene by HPLC

Abstract:A HPLC method for the determination of 1-tert-butyl-3-ethoxybenzene was established. In this method, the sample was separated and analyzed under following conditions: Eclipse XDB-C18 stainless steel column (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.×5 μm) as the separation column; UV detertor at wavelength of 220 nm; acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Experimental results indicated that the retention time of 1-tert-butyl-3-ethoxybenzene was 12.5 min; the linear correlation coefficient was of 1.000 0; the standard deviation was of 0.02; the variation coefficient was of 0.02%; and average recovery was of 100.02%. This method has advantages including high accuracy, rapidly, and convenience.
