肟菌酯原药中1,2-二氯乙烷的气相色谱测定 |

摘 要:采用气相色谱法测定肟菌酯原药中1,2-二氯乙烷含量。以二氯甲烷为溶剂,选用Agilent DB-FFAP毛细柱色谱管进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测、外标法定量。结果表明,方法的标准曲线线性相关系数为0.997 1,标准偏差为5.08 mg/kg,变异系数为2.52%,平均回收率为95.5%,定量限为96 mg/kg。该方法简便快速,分离效果好,准确度高,重现性好,适用于肟菌酯原药中1,2-二氯乙烷的定量测定。 |

Determination of 1,2-Dichloroethane in Technical Trifloxystrobin by GC |

Abstract:A GC-FID method was developed to determine the content of 1,2-dichloroethane in technical trifloxystrobin. In this method, the sample was dissolve in dichloromethane and separated by an Agilent DB-FFAP capillary column. A linear relation (r=0.997 1) and a satisfied precision results (SD=5.08 mg/kg, RSD=2.52%) along with an average recovery of 95.5% and the LOQ of 96 mg/kg were obtained. This method is suitable for the analysis of 1,2-dichloroethane in technical trifloxystrobin with high selectivity, accuracy and efficiency. |
