腰果酚聚氧乙烯醒的合成及泡沫性能研究 |

摘 要:以腰果酚为原料, 全属钠为催化剂进行环氧乙炕加成反应, 合成了腰果酚聚氧乙烯酰。 考察了催
化剂种类、 催化剂用量、 脱水温度、 脱水时间、 反应温度等因素对产品质量影响, 优化反应条件为: n(腰果酚):n (环氧乙炕)=1:8, 全属钠用量为反应物总质量的 0.08%,
110-115 °C脱水 60 min, 140-145 °C反应 4 h, 腰果酚聚氧乙烯酰中聚乙二醇含量为 0.35%。 产物中聚乙二醇含量减少, 起泡性降低, 泡沫稳定性下降。
用红外光谱和核磁对反应产物进行了表征。

Synthesis and Foam Properies of Cardanol Polyoxyethylene Ether

Abstract:Cardanol polyoxyethylene ether was prepared using cardanol as initiator and sodium as
catalyst. Effects including catalyst, the dosage of catalyst, dewatering temperature, dewatering
time, reaction temperature were
investigated. The optimal conditions were as followings: n(cardanol):n(ethylene oxide)=1:8; the
dosage of sodium was
0.08% of total mass of the reactants; dewatering temperature was of 110-115 °C; dewatering time was
of 60 min at a temperature between 140 and 145 °C and a reaction time of 4 h. The polyethylene
glycol content of the products
reached 0.35%. The foam power and the foam stability decline with the polyethylene glycol content
of the products reduced. The products were characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR.
