椰油胺聚氧乙烯酗(10)氯化按的合成工艺研究 |

摘 要:通过椰油胺分步乙氧基化、 复合极性介质(水+甲醇)中氯甲坑季钦化的两步联合工艺制备出转化
率高(≥95%),胺值低(≤5)的新型阳离子表面活性剂椰油胺聚氧乙烯酰(10)氯化钦。 应用 F「IR 和 NMR 对目标产物结构进行确认,
并对椰油胺聚氧乙烯酰(10)氯化钦的表面活性进行了研究。 结果表明, 25 °C临界胶束浓度达 13.2x10-4 mol l L (ycmc=40 mN l m), HLB 值达 18.2,
产品兼具低 CMC 值和高 HLB 值, 有更好的水溶性和增溶性。

Abstract:Polyoxyethylene (10) cocoamine ammonium chloride, a new cationic surfactant with high
conversion
(≥95%) and low amine value (≤5) was successfully prepared through a two-step ethoxylation of
cocoamine and quaternization of methyl chloride in solution of water and methanol. The structure
of the target product was confirmed by FTIR and NMR, and the surface activity of
polyoxyethylene (10) cocoamine ammonium chloride was studied. The results showed that the critical
micelle concentration at 25 °C was 13.2x10-4 mol/L (ycmc=40 mN/m),
HLB value reached 18.2. This product has both low CMC value and high HLB value, indicating better
water solubility and solubilization.
