UPLC-TOF-MS/MS在医药分析检测中的应用研究进展 |

| 摘 要：超高效液相色谱串联飞行时间质谱（UPLC-TOF-MS/MS）检测技术分析效率高、灵敏度高、重现
性好，可一次完成多种成分、复杂样品的在线分析，具备高效、快捷等优势。综述了近年来UPLC-TOF-
MS/MS分析检测的研究进展，重点介绍了其在原料药、中药材、中成药、生物标志物、其它应用等5大方面的应用研究，报道了近期的研究成果，旨在为UPLC-TOF-MS/MS检测方法的开发与优化提供借鉴意义。
