摘　要：作为'Y-氨基丁酸门控氯离子通道别构调节剂，溴虫氟苯双酰胺（Broflanilide）是目前唯一获得登记 的双酰胺类杀虫剂，它不仅具有广谱、高效等活性特点，且能有效防治抗性害虫。为获得结构多样性新型 双酰酰胺类杀虫活性化合物，对溴虫氟苯双酰胺进行先导结构多样性衍生，设计合成了系列新型双酰胺类化合物，其结构经lHNMR和MS等表征确证。研究结果表明，该类化合物对粘虫等鳞翅目害虫和蚜虫等半翅目害虫均具有高活性，对害螨棉红蜘蛛也具有显著活性。

Abstract：As y-Aminobutyric acid gated ch1oride channe1 a11omodu1ators,Brof1ani1ide is the on1y registered diamide insecticide.Itnot on1y has broad spectrum and high efficiency,but a1so can effective1y contro1 resistant pests.In order to search for nove1 diamides with diverse structures,a series of nove1 diamides was designed and synthesized by structura1 diversity derivatization of Brof1ani1ide.Their structures were characterized and confirmed by lHNMR and MS,etc.The resu1ts showed that the compounds had high activity against Lepidoptera pestssuch as Mythimna separata and Hemiptera pests such as Aphis fabae,as we11 as obvious activity against Tetranychus cinnbarinus.
