倍他米松磷酸钠的合成 |

| 摘 要：以9/3,11/3-环氧-16/3-甲基孕甾-1,4-二烯-17a,21-二醇-3,20-二酮（DB11）为起始物料，经氟化
酯化、成盐得到倍他米松磷酸钠，总收率79.9%。产品结构经质谱、氢谱确证。工艺原料廉价易得，成较低，适合工业化生产。

| Abstract：Betamethasonesodium phosphatewaspreparedusing9/3,11/3-epoxy-16/3-methylpregna-1,4-diene
17a,21-diol-3,20-dione(DB11)as starting materialthrough a three-step process including fluorinatio
esterificationandsaltformationwithatotalyieldof79.9%.Therawmaterialsinthisprocessarecheapandeas
toobtain,andthecostislow,whichissuitableforindustrialproduction.Theproductstructurewasconfirmedb
MSand1HNMR.
